Solar energy technology is accelerating faster than the industry infrastructure can keep up. Panels created just ten years ago will be almost obsolete five years from now, even though they were made to last up to thirty years in total. SOLARCYCLE is working to change that. They are a tech-driven recycling platform designed to maximize solar sustainability. Because of SOLARCYCLE, solar asset owners are able to pass off their out-of-date technology to be recycled and reused, diverting hundreds of thousands of pounds of trashed panels from entering landfills every year.

SOLARCYCLE’s colors are inspired by the sun in all its hues and times of day. Contrary to other brands in the clean energy space, we strayed away from green as the classic “eco-friendly” color to use, instead opting for warm yellows and sharp oranges that catch the eye. The SOLARCYCLE gradient is central to the brand, reminiscent of sunrise or sunset.
We chose Montserrat as the SOLARCYCLE font for two reasons:
1. It’s flexible across print and digital – easy to read at both large and small sizes.
2. The sans serif font is clean and approachable – ideal for a modern technology company that is affordable and innovative.
SOLARCYCLE offers solar asset owners a low-cost and eco-friendly advanced technology platform for retiring solar panels and repurposing them for new uses.
Please ensure all modules are stacked on a sound pallet, in a manner which prevents tip over hazard and/or shifting in transit. Wrap broken glass modules in a manner which will prevent glass shards from spreading.
"All of Rachel's work has been high quality, but what I particularly appreciate as a client is her ability to set an deadline and stick to it and engage me at exactly the right time and efficiently to move things along."
– Jesse Simons, SOLARCYCLE
As SOLARCYCLE got off the ground, they needed a functional and clean website to provide a place for customers to contact them, learn about their team and services, and read about the latest SCI news. What began as a simple landing page in 2022 has expanded to a 50+ page website with customer testimonials, state-by-state recycling guidelines, resources for customers, and a career page.

Equally as important are the additional marketing materials SOLARCYCLE armed their sales and communications teams with: custom recycling process icons, two pagers, a gigafactory illustration, PowerPoint decks, and photography, to start.
